Czech Republic: International workshop on fostering refugee inclusion

Emil Kolben High Technical School in Rakovník, Czech Republic, is hosting an international 3-day workshop to bring together educators, policymakers, social workers and community leaders to collaborate on effective refugee integration practices. 

The workshop, guided by the Whole School Approach (WSA), is designed to enhance the formulation of refugee integration strategies, with a special emphasis on addressing the unique challenges and requirements of individuals from Ukraine.

Participants will address such topics as involvement of parents and the local community, overcoming the language gap, psychological aspects of (social) inclusion, and the involvement of both Ukrainian and native students in peer education.

The workshop is organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ Feel Project
