This fi-compass conference, organised by DG HOME and the European Investment Bank (EIB), will take place on 28 June 2024 in Brussels. It will discuss the potential for financial instruments, possibly combined with grants, to support the integration of third-country nationals (TCNs) in the EU.

The conference will outline the major policy objectives in this area, stimulate exchange on the advantages, features and general suitability of financial instruments in delivering objectives of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), present key findings of the fi-compass publications - including an AMIF study -, and showcase examples of financial instruments supporting TCN integration, including from the EIB Group.

Conference participants will include policy experts from all EU Member States dealing with the integration of TCNs in the EU, AMIF managing authorities and other shared management funds, public authorities at local, regional and national level, bodies implementing financial instruments, chambers of commerce, labour offices and associations supporting TCN integration.

Registration is required, and places are limited. Please register by 18 June 2024.
