Sweden: New Start Zones will highlight areas of social exclusion

Title

Areas and suburbs with high unemployment rates have grown in Sweden for years, leaving people in hopelessness and despair. Migrants and newcomers often live in these areas.

Today, the government decided to appoint a special investigator to look into the feasibility of introducing a new tax system for businesses in order to foster the local economy in these areas.
