La loi du vivre ensemble interculturel, votée à la Chambre des Députés le 20 juillet 2023, va entrer en vigueur le 1 janvier 2024.
La loi prévoit la création d'une commission consultative du vivre ensemble interculturel.dans chacune des 100 communes.
Pour être opérationnel, toutes les communes commencent à constituer ces commissions.
Evoquons à titre d'exemple la ville de Luxembourg qui a lancé un appel public à candidatures e.a par voie de presse. Les intéressé.e.s ägé.e.s d'au moins 18 ans et résidant ou travaillant sur le territoire de la ville peuvent introduire leur candidature jusqu'au 22 novembre 2023 par voie digitale.
