On 15 November the European Commission (EC) adopted a Skills and Talent Mobility Package comprising a series of new measures designed to make the EU more attractive to talent from outside the EU, and to facilitate mobility within it.
On 4 - 5 December the EC and the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) will hold the 8th European Migration Forum, entitled 'Migrants in Europe today: specific needs, skills and communication for stronger inclusion'.
