The Henryk Wujec Civic Fund issued a call for applications for social initiatives by refugees in Poland entitled "We Act Together!".

The fund aims to support initiatives focusing on 'organising support groups responding to the needs of refugees, strengthening self-organisation and integration and cooperation with the local community and Polish society, conducting and supporting civic activities of refugees, speaking out on important issues, acting for the protection of the rights of refugees and improving the situation of refugees in Poland'.

Eligible applicants include:

• informal groups of refugees, with support available up to PLN 5 000
• organisations with refugees involved in governing bodies and activity implementation, eligible for support of up to PLN 15 000
• local migrant organisations where refugees are actively involved in activities, also eligible for support of up to PLN 15 000.

The deadline for submitting applications is 12 December 2023, 2pm.

Applications can be submitted in Polish, English, Belarusian, Russian and Ukrainian.
