The European Commission (EC) launched a public consultation as part of its interim evaluation of the EU Youth Strategy for 2019-2027, aiming to assess performance of the strategy so far and shape its future.
The EU Youth Strategy aims to:
- encourage young people to participate in democratic life;
- support social and civic engagement;
- ensure that all young people have the resources they need to play an active part in society.
This interim evaluation covers the years 2019 - 2022, and part of 2023. Contributions from young people and the main stakeholders of the EU Youth Strategy are welcome, as well as from the general public and any parties affected by or interested in EU youth policy, including those with a migration background.
Participation is possible - in all EU languages - until 2 August 2023.
