Le Luxembourg doit opérer au cours des prochaines années d’importantes modifications afin d’adapter ses lois nationales en matière d’asile et de migration aux nouvelles prérogatives européennes.
Passerell a identifié 7 domaines centraux pour modification dans ce rapport, parmi lesquels:
- les droits de l’enfant, la détection des vulnérabilités;
- le droit à la vie privée et familiale;
- l’accès à l’assistance juridique.
