The Jesuit Refugee Service, in cooperation with the European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE), PICUM (the Platform for International Cooperation on Undocumented Migrants) and the Office of the European Parliament in Croatia, invites you to a virtual round table on AMIF / ESF + funding programmes for the period 2021- 2027 in Croatia, which will be held on March 11, 2021, from 10:15 to 13:15.
The primary goal of the conference is to encourage cooperation and dialogue between civil society, international organisations, representatives of ministries relevant to AMIF and ESF +, along with representatives of the European Commission, the European Parliament and other relevant interlocutors. The aim of the conference is to inform participants and encourage cooperation in the face of upcoming consultation processes at the European, but mostly national level. This is in order to detect valid priorities and needs and encourage partnership and mutual consultation, guided by the needs of the respective field (vulnerable groups, third-country nationals, refugees, forced migrants, integration, social inclusion, social support, etc).
The round table will be attended by Egbert Holthuis from the European Commission, Karlo Ressler from the European Parliament, Vicko Mardeši on behalf of the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy, Prof. Dr. Sc. Iris Goldner Lang from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, Giacomo Manca on behalf of ECRE-PICUM, Director of JRS in SE Europe Stanko Perica, and representatives of civil society and numerous organizations.
