Slovakia: Funding for projects promoting the financial literacy of migrants and refugees

The Foundation of the National Bank of Slovakia has made grant funding available for short-term project activities that aim to increase the level of financial literacy and quality of financial education among 'disadvantaged groups', including migrants and refugees.

Eligible grant applicants are civil society associations, foundations, non-profit associations, non-investment funds, interest associations of legal entities, primary, secondary and higher education institutions, registered social enterprises, and churches.

Eligible projects are those running between 30 June 2023 and 15 January 2024. The maximum amount available to individual projects is EUR 5 000.

The deadline for grant applications is 2 October 2023.
