A new call for funding applications - the “PUOI Project” (Protezione Unica Unita a Obiettivo Integrazione – Protection Together with Integration Target) - has been announced.

Promoted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies and implemented by ANPAL Servizi S.p.A., the PUOI project provides individual grants for social and labour integration, to initiatives for unemployed, vulnerable migrants (such as asylum seekers, beneficiaries of international protection, holders of humanitarian or special protection permits, and young migrants under 24 years old who arrived in Italy as unaccompanied minors).

The call is aimed at public labour market operators and licensed private employment service providers that are involved in supporting the integration of vulnerable migrants. Funded by the ESF PON Inclusion 2014-2020 fund (to the amount of €11.8 million), the project will support 2000 active labour policy paths (Piani di Azione Individuale- Piano di Azione Individuale) providing access to a series of integrated services of social and labour integration (including tutoring, guidance and accompaniment in jobseekig, skills assessment and certification of skills) and to 6-month extracurricular internships.

The call is open to submissions from the 20 June - 20 July 2022.
