"La refondation des politiques d'intégration". C'est le thème du rapport que le conseiller d'Etat Thierry Tuot a remis au Premier ministre, le 11 février 2013. La mission du conseiller Thierry Tuot portait sur plusieurs axes :
- analyser l'état de la politique d'intégration, son organisation, ses moyens, ses acteurs ;
- proposer de nouveaux concepts et axes d'action pour en assurer un nouveau départ ;
- rechercher les méthodes, moyens et organisation, susceptibles de restaurer les ambitions, le dynamisme et l'efficacité de cette politique, en garantissant notamment sa cohérence territoriale.
