Leicester City Council wishes to appoint a service provider who will provide mentoring and one-to-one support to migrant workers to assess and accredit their current qualifications and validate these with UK qualification standards. In addition, where appropriate, provide services or refer to other providers.
Activities that connect this work with higher skills vacancies would be beneficial, including ESOL (or equivalent) and interpretation support aligned to Government policy. This service will then result in the achievement of these qualifications, NVQ or equivalent standards.
Time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate: 1.11.2010 - 16:00
