Survey deadline extended: What should the EU do in the next 5 years?

New Europeans Initiative logo

The New Europeans Initiative, which works to foster the civic and political participation of migrants, launched a survey to collect responses from New Europeans (people of diverse migrant backgrounds residing in Europe) on their expectations of and priorities for the new EU Commission and EU Parliament in the coming years.

The deadline for completion of the survey has now been extended to Friday 8 November.

The EU is facing a crucial period, with migration and integration high on the policy agenda and democracy under threat in many countries, and EU policymakers should be aware of the positions and priorities of migrant-led organisations and migrant leaders. The results of this anonymous survey will be shared with EU policy- and decision-makers and other relevant stakeholders as part of the New Europeans Initiative.

Are you a New European? Take the survey here to make your voice heard.

The New Europeans Initiative is run by the Migration Policy Group (MPG). It conducts research, identifies best practices and promotes evidence-based solutions, working work closely with migrant-led organisations and migrant leaders to produce useful resources in advocating for the increased participation and meaningful involvement of migrants in policymaking.
