In order to appreciate the volunteer work of young people, to facilitate exchanges and to provide them with theoretical and practical suggestions for its further work, the Alliance for Democracy and Tolerance - Against Extremism and Violence (BfDT) organizes together with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS ) a multiplier training. The aim of the four training modules focusing on public relations, project management, club management and identity is the training and skills development and professionalism of this young multipliers of civil society. A total of 30 to 40 young people between the age of 15 to 21 years will be trained. They are selected by the partners in a two-stage process.
