On 29 Octobre, Keep Dreaming asbl-vzw will hold a conference on black & multicultural employee resource groups (ERGs) at Cité des Métiers in Brussels.
The event will bring together ERGs from several companies and different industries, with keynote speaker Khady Gaye. It is aimed at a wide audience, including :
Black & multicultural ERG leads, sponsors and enthusiasts
Policy-makers; organisations running projects on diversity-management
HR professionals; senior executives
Employer branding / recruitment marketing professionals; learning, development and diversity managers
Keep Dreaming promotes equal opportunities in the realm of skills and employment. With the Belgian labour market still marked by profound social inequalities, the organisation offers support for students, graduates and workers, as well as employers who support diversity and inclusion in Belgium. It organises workshops, training programmes, personalised career guidance for individuals, recruitment support, and diversity consulting for businesses.
The conference is free to attend, will take place in English and has been organised with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Belgium.
