Portugal: Indicators of migrant integration

Flag of Portugal

On 18 December the Observatory for Migration (OM) in Portugal will hold a session of its 'OM Dialogues' on immigrant integration indicators.

The session marks International Migrants Day. It will see two presentations: one on the 2023 Immigrant Integration Indicators Statistical Report, authored by director of the Migration Observatory and coordinator of the Immigration in Numbers Collection Catarina Reis Oliveira, and another on the recently published third edition of the joint EU-OECD flagship statistical report on the integration outcomes of migrants. The latter will be given by Thomas Liebig of the OECD. There will also be a panel debate on the role of statistical evidence in formulating public policies for migrants.

Attendance will be possible both in person and online. Participation is free, with registration required.
