The European Website on Integration (EWSI) published a new analysis exploring the digitalisation of migrant integration services across the EU during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis examines whether existing integration services have been digitalised or not, whether and where new online services have been launched, and what barriers, if any, exist for third-country nationals in accessing these digitalised services.
