AMIF logo

The European Commission (EC) opened a call for proposals to help the integration of victims of trafficking. Project grants under the 'Assistance, support and integration of third-country national victims of trafficking in human beings' is part of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) 2022 working programme.

The call is meant to co-finance transnational projects designed to assist the integration of the victims in the host EU countries. The project must take into account the beneficiaries' specific needs, including of those belonging to other vulnerable groups.

The projects financed through the grant should help achieve AMIF's objective to strengthen and develop legal migration to the EU states in line with their economic and social needs, as well as to promote and contribute to the effective integration and social inclusion of third-country nationals (TCNs). Proposals should also relate to the priorities laid out in EU action plan on integration and inclusion 2021-2027, the EU strategy on combatting trafficking
in human beings 2021-2025, and the renewed Action plan against migrant smuggling 2021-2025, among others.

Further details about the application procedure and all relevant documents and contacts can be found on the EC's funding and tenders portal

The deadline for applications is 19 May 2022, at 17:00 CET.
