
The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, Latvian contact point for the European Migration Network, has published the policy report on migration and asylum situation in Latvia 2012. The report includes an overview of the institutional and legislative changes affecting legal migration and mobility, irregular migration and return, as well as international protection and asylum. It also covers the situation with unaccompanied minors, human trafficking, and provides information on transposition of EU law.
