
The Czech Interior Ministry has announced the 16th open call for proposals within the framework of its National Programme of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund. The Ministry is accepting proposals aiming to establish a regional integration centre for the 3rd country nationals in the Central Bohemian region. The centre is the last missing piece to complete the regional integration infrastructure as defined in the national integration strategy.
The integration centre must provide the following activities:
- Information for foreigners free of charge (incl. access to internet)
- Free social and legal counselling
- Czech language and socio-cultural courses
- Intercultural dialogue, awareness-raising campaigns and cultural events
- Field social work and monitoring of new developments concerning the target group
- Establishment and organisation of a regional platform of actors in the field of foreigners integration
The call is open to private and non-governmental actors, as well as local and regional authorities. All can submit their proposals until 23 May 2018 for a grant of 30 000 000 K (1 180 000 EUR).
