The funds listed below are available to migrant integration initiatives in Slovenia. Non-profit organisations and local authorities can apply for financing through several EU funds. In addition, national and private funds are made available for service providers and other stakeholders to carry out projects aiming for a better integration of the migrant population.

EU funds
Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) in Slovenia
- Details: The allocation for Slovenia under AMIF is €18,327,477 over the 2014-2020 period. 22% of this amount is allocated to asylum and 35% to legal migration and integration. Slovenian AMIF programme.
- National managing authority: The national managing authority for AMIF in Slovenia is the interior ministry.
European Social Fund (ESF) in Slovenia
- Details: As part of operational programme "Implementation of the EU Cohesion Policy", the ESF is contributing €718,769,595 to Slovenia. One focus of this operational programme is to reduce the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion.
- National managing authority: The national managing authority for ESF in Slovenia is the Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy.
