The fund listed below are available to migrant integration initiatives in Austria. Non-profit organisations and local authorities can apply for financing through several EU funds. In addition, national and private funds are made available for service providers and other stakeholders to carry out projects aiming for a better integration of the migrant population.

EU funds
The Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) in Austria
- Details: The allocation for Austria under AMIF is €94.61 million. About 45% of this amount is allocated to integration. National priorities presented in the Austrian AMIF programme reflect the Integration Action Plan and include language and values education, labour market integration and analysis of integration through indicators. - National managing authority:The national managing authority for AMIF in Austria is the interior ministry. However, the Federal Chancellery leads on integration content. The Austrian Integration Fund is the delegated authority for AMIF implementation.
The European Social Fund (ESF) in Austria
- Details: The ESF has contributed over € 442 million to Austria over the 2014-2020 period through the Operational Programme Employment Austria, with a total budget of nearly €876 million. Around €270 million will go to promoting social inclusion and combating poverty.
- National managing authority: The national managing authority for the European Social Fund (ESF) in Austria is the Federal Ministry of Labour.

- National managing authority: Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Regions and Tourism
Other public funding in Austria
- The National Integration Grant funds projects that implement the priorities defined in the Action Plan for Integration. It is under full control of the Federal Chancellery.
- The Federal Chancellery, Department for Integration, funds projects in 5 defined areas: German language training, children and young people, women, community building and job market integration.
