Slovakia: [fjúžn] festival

Fjuzn Festival Slovakia 2024

The Milan Šimečka Foundation is organising the 19th edition of the multi-genre [fjúžn] festival, which will take place from 20 - 28 September.

The festival will see a variety of events in different locations, such as music and theatre shows, exhibitions, workshops, discussion sessions, community gatherings, and more.

The event also serves as an educational platform: it aims to unite people from diverse cultures, promoting awareness of new minorities in Slovakia while addressing key issues such as migration, integration, and multiculturalism. It will be a vibrant celebration bringing together refugees and other migrants and promoting cultural diversity in Slovakia, with focus on roots - both at home and further afield.
