Civil society organisations in Luxembourg organised a debate on 13 November 2019 centred on the results of the EU Fundamental Rights Agency’s (FRA) 2018 report Being Black in the EU. The report found Luxembourg to be one of the most problematic EU Member States, along with Ireland, Finland and Austria.
In attendance were the director of FRA, Michael O’Flaherty, who considers the situation in Luxembourg to be worrying, along with the Minister of Integration.
