Grants can be received for activities in the following thematic areas:

  • supporting the inclusion of children outside the Polish education system into this system;
  • employing cultural assistants, support teachers, and Ukrainian teachers;
  • organising classes to compensate for curriculum differences;
  • organising support for proper psychological, emotional, and social development;
  • organising learning of native subjects.

2. Supporting the functioning of refugees from Ukraine, particularly by:

  • organising high-quality Polish language learning,
  • providing psychological support.

3. Countering disinformation and false narratives and providing reliable information on the situation of Ukrainian refugees in Poland.

The competition is open to Polish non-governmental organisations, including foundations, associations and legal persons operating based on regulations for the relationship between the state and the Catholic Church and other religious denominations. Priority will be given to projects aimed at children in foster care or staying in collective accommodation (priority 1), and those implemented in small towns and rural areas (all priorities).

The maximum amount allocated per project will be 60 000 PLN, and projects must be implemented between 16 May 2024 and 15 May 2025. Funding allocated may cover administrative costs of up to 20% of the amount requested. No project financial contribution (co-funding) is required.
