IOM announced a grant competition for the support of local integration initiatives for children and young people from both local and migrant communities in Poland. The aim of the grant is to promote integration in multicultural school environments, creating open, inclusive and safe spaces. 

Eligible activities may include workshops, picnics, sports competitions, city games, theatre, and arts and crafts activities. The implementation of activities should take place in schools or in cooperation with schools between 1 March and 15 May 2024.

The competition is open to public institutions and non-governmental organisations (including schools and educational organisations).

Grants awarded under ths scheme may not exceed PLN 11,000; no co-funding will be required from applicant organisations.

A webinar on the application process will be held on Tuesday 5 December from 19:30 to 21:30.

The deadline for submitting applications is Sunday 17 December 2023.
