The rising number of refugee caused by the conflicts in Syria and Iraq increases the pressure to find permanent housing for those refugees who are granted stay in Denmark. The Danish municipalities have to think creatively to find these houses, and, according to the Head of Local Government Denmark's Labour Market Committee, Jacob Bundsgaard (Socialdemocrats), a general problem, especially because there are no prospects that the number of refugees will decrease.
