
The Social Liberals are heading into elections aiming to preserve some of the legislation on aliens that the party has argued against. But the party still stands for the same views, he says. This is why the party will ensure the continued existence of the 24 year rule (whereby many Danish citizens under 24 cannot live with their foreign spouse in Denmark), even though they areprincipally against it.

Party leader Margrethe Vestager corrected Friis Bach, saying:
