Croatia: One-stop-shop and multilingual materials for migrant integration

Flag of Croatia

Following the opening of the one-stop-shop for foreigners Welcome Centre in Zagreb, the city published multilingual materials on its website concerning the rights of applicants for international protection and people who have been granted international protection in the Republic of Croatia.

The launch of the one-stop-shop was outlined in the City of Zagreb's Action plan for the implementation of the Integrating Cities Charter for 2023 and 2024. The plan was created following years of integration efforts and the participation of the City of Zagreb in projects related to the social integration and inclusion of migrants and refugees. The centre is the first service of its kind in the Republic of Croatia.
