The booklet 'Union Actions grants under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF): Annual work programmes for Union Actions 2019' presents a compilation of 39 ongoing projects.
Under the direct management of the European Commission, the Union Actions supports specific transnational or particularly innovative initiatives.
Among these, the projects related to migrant integration focus on:
- fostering the integration of persons in need of protection trough private sponsorship schemes;
- aiding the social orientation of third-country nations (TCNs) through the involvement of local communities;
- assisting the social and economic integration of migrant women
