
The issue number 18 of the bi-annual publication European Anti-Discrimination Law Review is now on-line. This publication renders available the latest information on anti-discrimination in Europe and is prepared by the European Network of Legal Experts in the non-discrimination field and supported by the European Union Programme for Employment and Solcial Solidarity – PROGRESS. The Human European Consultancy and the Migration Policy Group are in charge of its production. This issue inclues several updates (European legal policy, Court of Justice of the EU case law, European Committee of Social Rights), news from the EU member states on legal issues, besides two papers – “Duty in the UK to have due regard to equality” (Barbara Cohen) and “The concept of discrimination by association and its implications in the EU member states” (Constantina Karagiorgi).
