This publication studies the situation of senior women with a migration background residing in the Czech Republic. The first part presents a comprehensive analysis of related legislative conditions and their application while the second one is a qualitative research focusing on senior migrant women with refugee experience, mostly originating from countries of the former Yugoslavia.
