This publication by the EMN (European Migration Network) Czech Republic reports on the state of implementation in 2019 of the communication on the protection of children in migration in the Czech Republic, issued in 2017.
The questionnaire to which the Czech national contributor responded was developed by the EMN in conjunction with the European Commission. The national contribution is largely based on desk analysis of existing legislation and policy documents, and information provided by national authorities. The national contribution provides a basis for an overall synthetic report produced by the EMN.
