The Government Office has announced a Call for Proposals in the programme "Culture for National Minorities for 2014". The deadline for submitting grant applications is 31st January 2014.
The proposed volume of available financial resources for the programme Culture of national minorities for 2014 is €3,829,250. Grants for individual projects will be between €500 and €100,000.
TThe main objective of call is protection, expression and development of the identity and cultural values of national minorities, education to rights of national minorities, interethnic and intercultural dialogue and understanding. 15 committees were established for the evaluation process. Committees consist of experts in specific areas which have expertise in the culture of particular minorities including representatives of national minorities, representatives of respective ministries, government office or local governments.
