The Assistant Secretary of State to the Deputy Minister and Parliamentary Affairs announced in a seminar held by ACIDI, commemorating the International Day for the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the Government's intention to amend the law with regard to increasing the value of the fines, the extension of limitation periods, among others, in order to streamline the entire process concerning offenses under discriminatory practices based on race, nationality, ethnicity, color and religion.
