In the context of the current increase in the number of newly arrived foreigners who have received temporary protection and intend to stay in the Czech Republic, the Ministry of the Interior has issued recommendations for the operation and networking of new actors working in migrant integration.
The Czech state has responded to the sharp increase in the number of refugees by supporting new adaptation and integration support services provided by new actors in the integration field, whether they are municipalities and their social workers or non-profit organisations that have been previously active in other areas. A systematic approach to the integration of newcomers require the coordination and integration of these new actors into the existing integration infrastructure.
This document describes the roles of the various actors in the field of integration, the need for their interconnection and a list of tasks to be carried out in order to ensure this interconnection.
