
This Protocol targets separated foreign children and defines standards and measures to ensure family reunification, care and assistance for an integration into Croatian society or their safe return. The purpose is to identify stakeholders and their obligations within the procedures in place, and to provide assistance and protection to foreign separated children (unaccompanied minors). Timely and effective protection of their rights and interests are at the centre of the initiative.
