Diagnosis of the Problems Encountered in the Field of Integration of TCNs in Romania

The field of the legal status of aliens experienced in time several attempts to regulate in line with the western legal systems and the principles derived from the jurisprudence of courts from other European countries. After EU accession, Romania continued to adopt and improve the quality of its legislation in the field, correcting on the go the flaws and unwanted interpretations or unjust situations in relation to the imperative of protecting the rights derived from the general status of aliens in Romania.

The current study - Diagnosis of the Problems Encountered in the Field of Integration of TCNs in Romania – aims to explore the attitudes and perceptions of the various institutional actors towards the regulatory framework and the management tools for the migration phenomenon.
