European Committee of the Regions logo

This seminar, organised by the Cities and Regions for Integration of Migrants network of the European Committee of the Regions in conjunction with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), will focus on ensuring capacity-building of and the exchange of best practices between cities and regions involved in child safeguarding matters

The seminar will also present a unique opportunity to address existing challenges and specific needs, and to share insights on what must be improved in order to successfully implement the requirements of child protection in the context of migration. Experts in the field, including those from UNICEF, the EU Fundamental Rights Agency, the European Commission, and Eurocities, will be in attendance.

Participation will be possible online as well as in person, and interpretation will be provided in English, Polish, Spanish, and Italian. Registration will close on 16 November.

The full agenda will be made available soon.
