Pour la 39e édition du Festival des migrations, des cultures et de la citoyenneté, les organisateurs proposent une nouvelle formule. Au lieu de situer toutes les nombreuses activités sur un long weekend et un site unique, elles vont s'étendre sur plusieurs semaines et différents endroits.
Le festival, accompagné du Salon du Livre & des Cultures, ainsi que la section art contemporain – ArtsManif, se déroulera du 1er mars au 15 mai 2022, avec le week-end de clôture au CEPA début mai 2022.
