The MILReMi 2023 conference will be held on 8 April at the University of Nicosia, bringing together academics, practitioners and educators to explore effective approaches to and good practices in the education of children of migrant background. The aim of the conference is to create a structured action plan to facilitate the inclusion and engagement of non-Greek-native-speaking students in classes and lessons, through content and language integrated learning (CLIL).
The conference is being organised by the Pancyprian Organization for the Promotion of Literacy, the University of Nicosia, the European Migration Network (EMN), the Pedagogical Institute Cyprus, and the Cyprus Association of Children and Youth Books. It will host the following speakers:
