UNHCR Hungary will host a job fair for refugees and migrants on 16 May.

The aim of the fair is to connect refugees and migrants with employers and agencies, giving them the opportunity to meet face-to-face. Participants can explore job openings, take part in pre-screening and even apply for jobs on the spot. Sectors present at the fair will include manufacturing, hospitality, tourism, logistics, and construction.

During the event UNHCR will also provide guidance on creating CVs and letters of motivation, photography for CVs, career development and labour rights, the employment of asylum seekers, refugees and foreigners, and information about Hungarian language learning opportunities.

Participation in the event and related activities will be free of charge.
